Primitivo is a huge, ripe Italian grape which is the pride of the Apulia region in the south of Italy. Primitivo is a delightfully brash wine that's very dark, very juicy and very high in alcohol.

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red color, scent of cherry and plum mixed with toasted hints of vanilla.Full-bodied, round and well structured.

Food Pairing:

Primitivo wines goes exceptionally well with BBQ. We're talking pulled pork, steak, ribs with a lot of flavour and a good char. It goes well with Pizza too.
