Whiskey and lemon provide the bitter base for this version of the cocktail, before blending it with nutmeg and hazelnut infused salted caramel and apple puree. The bitters provide an extra punch for the sour taste but an equally sweet finish due to the rich apple flavour.
For extra smoothness, we recommend shaking it with egg white for a creamy, indulgent cocktail and garnishing with a lemon peel on top to release the mouthwatering aromas.
