ISOKURA submits its products to the sake brewing competitions in order to check their own brewing techniques. This Daiginjo Sake is one of ISOKURA's high-grade sakes with a gorgeous aroma and full flavour.
The rice used is Yamadanishiki, the ultimate sake rice produced locally in Kasama, Tochigi.
Such rare rice is polished to 38%. It has won various awards at competitions and is now used in local restaurants and enjoyed by many drinkers.
