Scheduled delivery hours
You can schedule a delivery ahead between 3pm - 2am daily.
All delivery slots have an 1 hour interval. (eg. 3pm-4pm, 4pm-5pm)

We'll be able to handle your live chat or email enquiries daily between 12pm - 2am.
Placing an Order
Do I need an account to order?
Nope. You can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend you sign up as a member with us. As a member, you'll get personalised and exclusive deals based on your shopping behaviour with us.

How do I place an order?
Ordering with us is easy, we'll break it down to 5 simple steps:
1. Pick the drink of your choice
2. Add it to cart
3. Select your preferred delivery date & time
5. Sit-back and relax, we'll be there in minutes.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once payment is completed, you'll be redirected to a "Thank You" page. We'll also send you an email confirmation immediately.
How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a flat $8.99 for island-wide delivery.
How do I get free delivery?
You can get free delivery by spending above $120 to a single delivery address.
How fast is the delivery?
If you select the 'Deliver now' option in the cart page, we'll typically delivery within 45 mins (on average).
Unfortunately, if you are situated at the further ends of Singapore (north & west), we might require slightly more time than usual to deliver (about 1-1.5 hours max).
We're working hard to expand to more dispatch points to easily cater to customers who are residing in the further parts of Singapore. Till then, we seek your kind understanding and patience.
How to track my order?
We'll send you a tracking link via SMS for you to track your order. If you did not receive any tracking link, you can contact us via the live chat at the bottom right of the website, we'll get back to you in minutes.
How do I send a gift to someone?
Place an order as usual on our website. As you select a product, you'll be prompted with a pop-up to add a custom gift note to the recipient. Simply type in your gift note in the text box below, we'll transfer it to a beautiful gift card. We do not charge additional for this service.
Do you have gift boxes?
Some of our products have presentable gift boxes. We have curated a list products that are most suitable as gifts. You can check em' out here.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we are not skilled enough to wrap presents at the moment. You can however, check out some pre-wrapped/boxed products over here.
Can I exclude invoices/receipts?
Yes. We typically do not include paper receipts or invoices in the order anyway. All invoices are sent to the email address of the purchaser.

How do I refund my order?
Unfortunately, you are not able to issue a refund on your end after the order is confirmed.

How long will my refund take?
