An undisputed classic, with a refreshingly bitter taste, the Negroni is said to have been invented in Florence by the dauntless Italian Count Camillo Negroni in the early 20th century. While at Bar Casoni in Florence, he demanded the bartender to strengthen his favourite cocktail, the Americano, by replacing the usual soda water with gin.

As can be derived from the name, our Negroni is a twist on this classic. We infuse gin with strawberry and rosemary that alongside the bitters and vermouth, provide a powerful taste and smell, which opens up your palette to something never tried before.

We recommend garnishing with a simple orange peel or lemon peel, just like the Count ordered.
