For many classic cocktails, the origins of their names are often disputed, but that is not the case with this original LAIBA recipe, which earns its name by its explicit rosemary taste.

As with the majority of our cocktails, we achieve our complex flavours through infusions, in this case, gin alongside rosemary and strawberry. This base is mixed with just the right amount of Aperol and then completed with a dash of rosemary syrup.

Garnish with a rosemary sprig to further enhance the sensational taste, or use a lemon or grapefruit slice for a more refreshing taste to counter the natural sweetness of this cocktail.
