Nose:

The use of red dragon fruit gives a fragrant floral character on the nose and the raspberry character is delivered with fruity tartness rather than sweetness. 

Palate:

With a gentle pink hue it is fruity and floral, but light, built around a core of juniper and classic botanicals, and balanced with peppery notes, coriander seeds and gingery galangal. The twist of oriental botanicals gives character and depth and completes this impressively executed pink gin.
